With experience of 15+ years in the BPO/KPO space, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance and Accounting, Thilini has worked with multi-cultural teams and has supported global operations, whilst adhering to international quality and process improvement standards and industry best practices. She currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at HealthRecon Connect LLC where she helps shape the overall People Strategy for HealthRecon Connects’ global operations. With experience in both HR specialist and generalist disciplines, Thilini has deep domain knowledge of Human Capital Management within the Business Process Management Industry.

Thilini holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and a BA in Business Administration from the University of London.

A mother of one and an Entrepreneur, Thilini also plays an advisory role for the BPO Connect Group of companies.
